We treat your event as our most important one, never booking multiple events on the same date to ensure full focus and flawless execution.

Menus & Tastings
Food Tastings Policy
Tastings are reserved for committed clients who have signed on with Your Catered Affair and submitted a deposit covering basic costs.
- Passed/stationed appetizers may be included.
- Items like charcuterie boards, shrimp cocktail, or similar pre-event displays are not part of tastings.
Once the tasting occurs, if you're not fully satisfied with the food quality, we will refund your deposit in full—no questions asked.

Beverage Service
We offer flexible alcohol options:
- Hosted bar
- Cash bar (subject to venue bar minimum)
- Per-drink service
Additional fees apply for bartenders, glassware (real vs. disposable), setup, etc. In certain Texas areas, extra licensing/forms and filing fees may be required; we'll guide you through compliance.

Tents, Rentals & Transportation
We provide comprehensive rentals:
- Pole or frame tents with lighting, heating/AC, French doors, clear siding
- Tables, chairs, linens, tableware, centerpieces
- Portable restroom trailers
- Guest transportation (sedans, vans, small coaches)

Staffing
Our top-tier service staff matches your event's vibe—formal (starched white shirts, black pants/ties/aprons) or relaxed (pressed jeans, western accents for an additional fee). Minimum 5-hour staffing required.
Insurance & Compliance
- We carry general liability and event-specific coverage.
- For alcohol service: Uniformed officers on-site as needed; all bartenders TABC-certified and compliant with Texas law.
- Clients must obtain a 3-day liability policy naming Event Solution Services LLC as additional insured.

Deposit & Payment Policies
- Menu Selection & Tasting: Refundable deposit required if event is >6 months out. If <3 Months out, 50% non-refundable deposit.

- Other Rentals/Alcohol: Non-refundable deposits required.
- Final Payment: Due 14 days before the event (flexible arrangements possible with advance notice).

We book only reputable, insured professionals—bands, DJs, emcees—that align with your style. With 35+ years in the music industry, Britt handles rider/production needs effortlessly, even for national acts (e.g., ZZ Top, The Platters, Midland). Larger acts may require full advance payment and separate contracts.

Complete Event Management
Prefer hands-off? Let us manage everything: venue sourcing, décor, catering, vendors, entertainment, hotels, and transportation. Lead time is key; rush requests incur additional fees, plus a management fee.
