This includes everything from initial concept development and vendor sourcing to budget management, design execution, day-of coordination, and even post-event wrap-up to ensure every detail is flawless and stress-free. To keep things transparent and tailored to your vision, we typically structure our Platinum full-service packages as a flat fee based on the scope of your wedding, rather than hourly rates. This allows us to dedicate unlimited time and resources without you worrying about the clock.

Our fees generally range from $8,000 to $15,000 for a standard Platinum package, or 10-15% of your total wedding budget if it's a larger-scale event (which often works out similarly and scales with the complexity). 


This covers all aspects of planning and production, with no hidden costs—though we can customize add-ons like destination scouting or premium entertainment if needed.

 

Platinum level is the full concierge experience: unlimited planning time, complete creative direction, custom production (including premium elements like personalized signage, step-and-repeat backdrops with name evolutions, e.g., her name pre-ceremony transitioning to "Mr. & Mrs." post-ceremony).  Full vendor management, detailed timelines, on-site team leadership, and post-event wrap-up. It's designed for couples who want everything handled seamlessly, typically ranging from $8,000–$15,000 (or 10–15% of the budget for larger events).



Signature Tier Wedding Management


Starts later in the process (e.g., 6–9 months out), includes key milestones like vendor sourcing & contracts, budget tracking, detailed timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of management with our team. You handle more of the initial vision-boarding, DIY decor decisions, or smaller custom touches.

 

No built-in premium production items like the custom step-and-repeat—but we can easily add it as an à la carte upgrade for around $400 (covering design, printing, setup, and breakdown). This tier typically runs $4,000–$8,000 (or about 8–12% of budget), offering great value while freeing up funds for other priorities like photography, entertainment, or your dream venue.


Bronze Tier Wedding Management


 Bronze Tier or "Month-of/Day-of Coordination" option for couples who are mostly DIY/planned but need expert execution on the final stretch—usually $1,500–$3,500, focusing on timelines, vendor confirmations, and seamless day-of flow. 



The beauty of tiers is customization: many couples start with Gold and upgrade specific elements (like the step-and-repeat) if they fall in love with the idea during planning.
