Payments and Processing
When deposits are made and agreements are signed, Event Solution Services LLC is now responsible for keeping you informed on due dates and invoices marked “PAID” when paid and “balance due” when there is a balance due.
All invoices must be paid in full 15 days before the wedding or corporate event. Which includes all vendors, along with catering, and other vendors included in the invoice, must be included.
We accept most forms of payment on Intuit, QuickBooks
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Zelle. Personal Checks (must be given 10 business days for clearing banks. Bank drafts and ACH Payments acceptable. Cash may be used, but must accompany a handwritten receipt.
All clients are required to accept an additional Liability Coverage and list Event Solution Services LLC and Your Catered Affair as additional Insured. We can assist you with those documents and forms.
